Characterized by light straw color. The wine is sparkling and gentle, has distinctly varietal aromas. Characterized by mineral as well as white fruits, melons and pears aromas. With balanced acidity and alcohol, the wine is harmonious.
Best suited for olives, light salads, seafood, poultry dishes and neutral cheeses.
